COMMUNITY GROUPS

Community Groups at Antioch are a gospel community focusing on spiritual growth through Godly counsel, family-like fellowship, and service.

Community groups are important at Antioch because we believe we have been created to live in community.  Physically, we do live in a community, but spiritually, socially, and relationally we often live our lives in isolation.  Living in community gives us the opportunity to more wholly experience God through close relationships as we do life together, as we encourage and help one another, and as we study and live out the truth of the gospel together.

In our church, a community group usually consists of 7-15 attendees in various life stages who meet on a regular basis in someone's home, the church, or the coffee shop. These communities are about establishing relationships that encourage us to grow spiritually, offer mercy towards one another in our time of need, and, as groups, be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community and the world around us.

Worship Arts Ministry

The worship arts ministry at Antioch exists to make the glory and supremacy of Jesus known through creative, Gospel-centered worship gatherings.

We use teaching, all kinds of music, video, graphic design, dance, drama, and other creative elements as tools for glorifying God by remembering the Gospel and building up the body of believers.

CHildren

Our goal is to partner with families as they work to lead their child into an active relationship with Jesus Christ.

Here are some ways we serve alongside families as they train their child in the way they should go:

  • We do our best to make sure that God's Word is presented in a fun, engaging, and clear way. Our team communicates to kids in a way that they understand and appreciate.

  • Sundays at ACC consist of age appropriate environments where kids can connect with God. Our environments are designed with kids in mind.  What we teach carries a lot more weight when kids know that leaders have put forth the effort to make things just right for them.

  • Our children's ministry team is committed to being another voice that is teaching your kids the same things you are telling them at home.  We have an awesome group of invested leaders who are all about serving God, families, and kids!

  • Family Fun Events, special times we set up where you can intentionally interact as a family, occur regularly.  The details will already be worked out for you.  Just put the event on your calendar, show up, and have a great time together as a family.  Be on the lookout for our next FFE!
